Role Overview 

As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Brisbane Racing Club, you will play an important role in advancing BRC’s digital presence and marketing strategies. In this role, you are responsible for executing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve revenue goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Craft and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with BRC's business goals and enhance our brand positioning.
  • Ensure our website is always running smoothly, delivering an exceptional user experience, and adhering to the latest SEO best practices.
  • Develop and optimise engaging content across all digital platforms, including our website, social media channels, and email newsletters to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Manage BRC’s social media presence by crafting and scheduling posts, responding to audience interactions, and analysing performance metrics to grow our online community and drive traffic.
  • Utilise web analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Qualifications

You will be a dynamic professional with strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot. You will also possess excellent project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with efficiency. As a creative thinker with robust problem-solving skills, you will have a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role requires working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels. 

You will also have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and SEO within the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
  • Expertise in CMS platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (HubSpot CRM), and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
