Role Overview 

 

As the Restaurant Manager you will report into the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and main bar. You will assist with leading a team, coordinating events, maintaining the venue, and ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members, ensuring efficient operations
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality, handling complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and managing the membership database and point-of-sale system.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with licensing laws and safety regulations.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience 

  • Demonstrated experience in restaurant management, especially in licensed clubs or similar settings.
  • Proven ability to lead a busy restaurant team and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including liquor licensing and health and safety.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in managing priorities, problem-solving, and relevant software.
