As an Operations Administrator, you’ll ensure the smooth running of our venues, supporting events and providing top-notch service.
Position Overview
As an Operations Administrator, you’ll provide vital support to the Operations team, handling race day logistics, business event administration, and front-of-house coordination. You’ll ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative paperwork for race days and events.
- Design and update food and beverage menus for retail and functions.
- Organise and distribute materials for front-of-house staff.
- Maintain accurate procedure documents for race days and events.
- Support management with additional tasks as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven admin experience, ideally in an event or high-volume environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and relevant software.
- Knowledge of the thoroughbred racing industry or events is a plus.
