About the Role
In this role, you'll work closely with our Executive General Manager – Property, supporting and learning from their expertise while contributing to exciting development projects. You’ll play a key part in managing projects from start to finish, helping ensure they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an amazing opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property development, backed by mentorship and guidance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with managing property development projects, ensuring everything stays on track, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  • Work alongside internal teams, contractors, and external partners to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Help manage financials, including property budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
  • Support strategic planning and market analysis to identify potential new development opportunities.
  • Handle lease agreements, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare project documentation, feasibility reports, and help secure necessary permits and approvals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Some experience in property development, project management, or property management is a plus, but we’re open to candidates with a passion for learning!
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software tools.
