We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our casual team in a variety of roles, all designed to help us deliver the ultimate race-day experience.

Available Roles
We are hiring for the following casual positions during Stradbroke Season:

1. Bar Attendant
   If you love mixing drinks and creating a fun, energetic vibe, this role is for you. You’ll be preparing drinks, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring that our bar areas are always clean and organised. The perfect fit for those who enjoy fast-paced environments and are passionate about hospitality.
   Key Responsibilities: Taking orders, preparing drinks, providing top-notch customer service, maintaining cleanliness.
   Qualifications: RSA certificate required. Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential.
2. F&B Attendant
   For those who enjoy providing exceptional customer service while working in food and beverage, this role will keep you busy serving food and drinks across a range of event spaces. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service, all while maintaining high hygiene standards.
   Key Responsibilities: Taking orders, serving food and drinks, setting up and cleaning tables, maintaining guest satisfaction.
   Qualifications: RSA certificate required. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred. Barista experience is a bonus.
3. Door and Gate Attendant
   Be the first point of contact for our guests! As a Door & Gate Attendant, you’ll greet guests with a smile, manage crowd flow, and ensure the safety and security of patrons as they enter and exit the racecourse. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are keen to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
   Key Responsibilities: Greeting guests, providing directions, ensuring smooth operations and safety at the gates.
   Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
4. Glassie
   The Glassie role is crucial in maintaining a clean and tidy environment, ensuring that used glassware is cleared promptly and efficiently. You'll play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of the event, by supporting the bar and F&B teams with glassware needs and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
   Key Responsibilities: Clearing/cleaning empty glassware, ensuring cleanliness in all service areas.
   Qualifications: RSA certificate required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
