Brisbane Racing Club is seeking a Membership & Customer Experience Coordinator to help deliver premium service to our valued members and race day patrons. Working as part of our vibrant Commercial Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting membership operations, coordinating events, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and excitement of our brand.
From processing membership applications and renewals to helping plan and execute race day activations, you’ll be right in the middle of the action. You’ll also assist in member communications, hospitality logistics, and on-the-ground event coordination — all while delivering friendly, responsive service in person, by phone, and via email.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday role, and flexibility is essential — especially during major race days and member events.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service. You’ll also have:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, membership, events, or marketing roles.
- Excellent communication skills — confident in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- A natural ability to build rapport and create positive connections with a wide range of people.
- Tech-savviness — proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally experience with CRM or ticketing/event systems.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays aligned with the racing calendar.
- A team-first attitude — you’re happy to pitch in and help wherever needed to make the day a success.
