We’re on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Duty Manager to join our passionate team in a permanent, full-time position. Reporting directly to our Venue Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations across all areas of the Club — including the café, bistro, bar, and gaming floor.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring a team across multiple departments to deliver top-tier service
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
• Managing rosters and coordinating shift coverage as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
• Acting as a role model for great service, teamwork, and a positive Club culture

What We’re Looking For

• Current RMLV, RSA, and RSG (QLD) certifications
• Strong leadership experience in a hospitality or club environment
• A proactive, hands-on approach to operations and service delivery
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience with rostering systems and general venue administration
