We are seeking a motivated POS Administrator to join our Technology Team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our SwiftPOS Enterprise platform delivers seamless, reliable, and efficient service across all venues. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technology expertise with hospitality insight, supporting our teams in bars, restaurants, gaming, and events.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer and configure SwiftPOS Back Office: menus, PLUs, pricing, promotions, tenders, and seasonal updates.
- Monitor POS terminals, printers, EFTPOS devices, and tablets to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage integrations with payments, accounting, loyalty programs, reservations, and reporting systems.
- Provide high-level support to venue staff, resolve incidents, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operations and finance.
- Deliver training, manage change initiatives, and pilot new POS features or modules.
- Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the POS experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience administering SwiftPOS or similar POS Back Office systems.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations (bars, restaurants, gaming, events).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple venues or configurations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
