About the role

As a Cellar Runner, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes ensuring our beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for the movement, organisation, and replenishment of stock across our venues, helping to keep service areas well-stocked and ready to deliver a seamless guest experience.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working in a team, thrives in dynamic environments, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running like clockwork.

What you’ll be doing

• Transporting beverages and supplies between the cellar and bars, event spaces, and service areas
• Stocking and organising products to ensure easy access and efficient service
• Assisting with inventory checks and reporting stock shortages or discrepancies
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and safety in cellar and service areas
• Supporting event setup and pack-down, including general operational tasks
• Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and effectively
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
• Providing general support to the beverage team to ensure smooth operations

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality or a high-volume environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, can-do attitude with solid problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• An interest in racing, events, or hospitality (highly regarded)
