Brisbane Racing Club is embarking on the next stage of the $75M Terraces Grandstand development—an exciting opportunity to transform Eagle Farm into a premier racing, hospitality and events destination. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in bringing this vision to life.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, client-side role where you’ll lead the project from concept into detailed design, procurement and construction readiness. Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, you’ll drive outcomes that balance racing operations, premium hospitality and exceptional spectator experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading design development from concept through to detailed documentation
- Coordinating architects, engineers and specialist consultants
- Driving procurement strategy, tendering and contractor engagement
- Establishing delivery programs and preparing the project for construction
- Managing budgets, risks and governance processes
- Engaging stakeholders across racing operations, hospitality and infrastructure
- Ensuring integration with the broader Eagle Farm precinct redevelopment
About You
You’re an experienced project leader who thrives on delivering complex, high-value developments. You bring:
- Extensive experience across major building or infrastructure projects
- Experience in venues, sport, hospitality or entertainment projects (highly regarded) with live site overlay
- Strong client-side project management expertise
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Commercial strength across procurement, contracts and cost control
