We are now inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from our casual staff pool for a range of exciting leadership and operational roles across our events environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to step up, expand your experience, and play a key role in delivering high-quality events.

Available Opportunities

Area Supervisor
Our Area Supervisors play a vital leadership role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across BRC. You will oversee assigned areas, coordinate service delivery, support frontline team members, and ensure smooth operations throughout events. With a strong focus on guest experience, you’ll maintain service standards, resolve issues proactively, and foster a professional, high-performing team environment.

Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor
Our F&B Supervisors are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring seamless food and beverage operations. You will lead from the front, support team members, and manage service flow while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.

Bar Supervisor
As a Bar Supervisor, you will oversee bar operations, ensuring efficient and professional service. You will lead and support bar teams, uphold responsible service of alcohol, and create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests, all while maintaining strong operational standards.

Set Up Team
Our Set Up Team plays an essential role in preparing for race days and events. You will be responsible for the timely set-up of event spaces, including furniture and equipment, ensuring all areas are operationally ready and aligned with event schedules.
