About Us

At Brisbane Racing Club (BRC), we’re a passionate community with a rich history and an exciting future. We’re known for delivering incredible race day experiences, exceptional hospitality and world-class facilities – and our club venues are an important part of that story.

We’re currently seeking experienced and passionate Duty Managers to join our team across three of our vibrant licensed club venues:

  • The Gibson – Stafford
  • Souths Sports Club – Acacia Ridge

Each venue has its own personality, community and offering, but all share the same commitment to exceptional service, safe and responsible operations, and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced hospitality leaders who are ready to take the next step, bring their energy and ideas to a venue, and make a genuine impact within a supportive and growing club environment.

The Gibson | Stafford

The Gibson is a community-focused venue where sport, entertainment and events sit at the heart of what we do. With a strong local following and a welcoming atmosphere, The Gibson offers a varied and fast-paced environment for a Duty Manager who enjoys being visible, hands-on and connected to their team and members.
